Carlos Leite é Urbanista com Mestrado e Doutorado pela Faculdade de Arquitetura e Urbanismo da Universidade de São Paulo (USP) e Pós-doutorado pela Universidade Politécnica da California, onde foi professor visitante. É autor dos livros “Cidades Sustentáveis, Cidades Inteligentes” e “Social Urbanism in Latin America. Cases and Instruments of Planning, Land Policy and Financing the City Transformation with Social Inclusion”. Seu principal tema de pesquisa é urbanismo social.
Carlos Leite is an Urbanist with a Master's and Doctorate from School of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of São Paulo (USP) and Post-doctorate from the Polytechnic University of California, where he was a visiting professor. He is the author of the books “Sustainable Cities, Smart Cities” and “Social Urbanism in Latin America. Cases and Instruments of Planning, Land Policy and Financing the City Transformation with Social Inclusion ”. His main research topic is social urbanism.
